Zoom Phone Admin: Part 1, Configuration

Pre-requisites: Knowledge of Zoom admin portal & PBX systems is helpful but not required.

Our Zoom trainer will take you through best practices, settings, and essential steps to get set up with our cloud-phone solution, including company information, user & license assignment, auto receptionists, call queues, phone numbers and more. This session is public and open to all Zoom users. Attendees will be muted and able to submit questions via text.

At the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Identify many of the key settings used within the Zoom Phone solution
- Manage user licenses, phone numbers, & phones
- Create and customize call queues & auto receptionists
